AfriqConsult Firm is formed on the basis of Cameroonians shaping the African continent and creating the change that Cameroonians and Africans wish to see. 1. DIVINE NGEMA AGBOR K (SENIOR MANAGING PARTNER)

Senior Managing Partner, Founder and Principal Consultant of the Firm, Agbor Kima who simply prefers to be called Kima is one of the key consultants of the firm. He holds a Diploma in Sustainable Development, Strategic Management, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Workplace Safety and Health, and a certificate in Business Intelligence and Knowledge Management Systems, Leadership Skills in Business, Understanding Financial Contracts, Understanding Mortgages and Home Equity, Stocks and Short selling etc. He is a corporate, Legal, Compliance & Finance Specialist having been in the field for several years. He also consults in the areas of cyber security, money laundering, business strategies, management, policy formulation & analysis. He has interests & specializes in Finance Law, Corporate Law, Business growth and development, Property law and compliance. He is also a hands-on personal & business manager for several companies. He is also passionate about writing articles on legal and corporate practice, as well being engaged in philanthropic activities. His love for humanity has seen him serve as National Coordinator of a non-governmental organization in Cameroon by name Cameroon Young Jurist Legal Resource Center (CYJULERC).

2. JOHN PAUL M. (MANAGING PARTNER)

A Partner and Principal Consultant of the Firm, John Paul is a seasoned attorney in Nigeria and Cameroon. Being a member of the Cameroon and Nigerian Bar, he has under his belt more than eight years of practice experience in the fields of corporate practice, Finance law practice, Employment and labour law practice, Immigration law practice, debt recovery law practice, real estate business and general contract law practice. He also consults in the areas of financial crime, money laundering, business strategies and management. He has interests & specializes in Finance Law, Corporate Law, Business growth and development, Property law and compliance. John is also a key partner in Kima & Partners Firm Cameroon, a reputable law office with great professional online presence in various aspects of Cameroon law. He is also passionate about writing articles on legal and corporate practice.

3. EYONG JOHN M. (CONSULTANT)

A Consultant of the firm, Eyong is a seasoned attorney in Nigeria and Cameroon with over 10 years of practice experience in the fields of corporate law, debt recovery law, intellectual property law, real estate management practice, and business law. He also consults in areas of employment and labour law, business finance, alternative dispute resolution procedures for companies, contract and administrative compliance. John is also the principal partner of Mbu John and Associates, a Cameroon based law office situate in Yaoundé.

4. EWANGA NOKELI M. (CONSULTANT)

A Consultant of the firm, Ewanga is a seasoned accountant with over 10 years of working experience in the accounting and tax sector. With a global finance leadership experience of over 10 years in agriculture, tech startups and service provider ventures, he has served as accountant for several companies in Cameroon. His areas of expertise are financial planning and risk management, Audits, Tax Compliance, and Due Diligence on the financial health of businesses and companies. He also consults in areas of Corporate Finance, Tax compliance, Public and Private Contracts, and Corporate Audit. He is a certified Forensic Investigation Professional of the United States of America.

5. ENI MAKIA T (CONSULTANT)

A consultant of the firm, Eni is specialized in immigration and legal matters. As a graduate and master’s degree holder in Laws from the University of Yaoundé II Soa, Cameroon, he has specialized in matters of immigration and external relations in Cameroon. Being a graduate from the International Relations Institute of Cameroon (IRIC) and working at the Ministry of External Relations precisely the department in charge of Bilateral Cooperation, he manages issues related to immigration, visa, document legalization for foreign use, due diligence of documents etc. He also consults in matters related to headquarter agreements for foreign Non-Governmental Organizations and administrative compliance for foreign personnel as regards the authorization for work permit, residence permit, and resident visas.ca.

6. OJONG GODWIN AGBOR (COLLABORATOR)

Godwin is a holder of a BSc. In Accounting from the University of Buea, Cameroon. He also holds a professional diploma and certificate in Business management and leadership skills in business, respectively. Godwin provides value-added services to existing business through professional consultations services. His initiative called startup companies has seen him handle three key projects in the finance sector, innovative development program sector and the educational sector. His main interest has been to empower youths in entrepreneurship and business development through education and training programs. Haven served in the accounting department of Cameroon Young Jurist Legal Resource Center for over 4 years, Godwin has gained a lot of experience in the management of accounts and tax compliance procedures. This has earned him a lot of experience to guide investors, companies and enterprises in compliance procedures as regards tax, insurance and accounting.

7. EBANE QUEEN EDOH (LEGAL CONSULTANT /RESEARCHER)

A collaborator and researcher of the firm, Edoh is a master’s degree holder in international law from the University of Buea, Cameroon, and an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Cameroon. With over 6 years of working experience in a reputable law firm in Cameroon, she has gained experience in the fields of general legal practice, company registration compliance matters, real estate and property matters, contracts interpretation and drafting, legal research on statutes, policy and case law. Edoh is very passionate about the corporate practice sector of Cameroon and always brings on board added value to companies and businesses in Cameroon based on extensive research. Being eloquent in both the French and English language, she gives the firm an edge when it comes to interpretation of administrative and legal documents considering Cameroon is a bilingual and bi-jural country.

8. WILLIAM NIBA AMBE (COLLABORATOR/RESEARCHER)

A collaborator and researcher of the firm, William is a graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Laws from the University of Buea. Being a young aspirant to venture in the legal profession of Cameroon, he has picked up interest in business, finance and administrative compliance practice in Cameroon. William brings on board a youthful energy to legal and corporate research to ensure that the firm is up to date with current changes in procedures and laws regulating companies and businesses in Cameroon. His mastery of the French and English languages has given the firm an added advantage over competitors as collaboration with the administration is guaranteed irrespective of the language of communication.

9. IRENE SUZANNE NGAMGNI (PR)

A collaborator and public relations officer of the firm, Irene is a graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Law from the University of Yaoundé II SOA, Cameroon. Irene brings to the firm a great mastery and experience as regards the procurement of Licenses, Permits, Authorizations and other public documents from the various public services in Cameroon. Irene also has a great mastery in the public contracts procurement network in Cameroon as she has already helped secure several contracts for some of our esteemed clients in the country. Her mastery of the French and English languages has given the firm the advantage of representing clients vis a vis the public sector of Cameroon.
