IATA Management shall appoint the coordinator upon the request of the Agency Administrator when an Agent or a Location which operates under the Billing and Settlement Plan procedures:
- Is removed from the Agency List under these Rules; or
- Is declared in default under these Rules; or
- Has an application for change of ownership disapproved under these Rules;
the Agency Administrator shall immediately re-move all Ticketing Authorities from the Agent or the Location concerned and shall, when so prescribed, re-quire an immediate accounting and settlement of all monies due unless the Commissioner has made an interlocutory order staying such action and preserving the status quo.
