MODALITIES TO OBTAIN A CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION FOR A COMPANY IN CAMEROON

A certificate of incorporation is an authorizing document signed by the Registrar of the Enterprise Creation Procedure Center acknowledging the examination and approval of all the established company documents in conformity with the laws governing the incorporation of a company in Cameroon.

8. Location plan of the company.
