Application
An application for a permit for the construction of a tourism establishment or a leisure infrastructure is established in 16 copies. The complete file is as follows:
- A stamped application form provided by the Ministry;
- A certified copy of the NIC or valid residence permit for private individuals;
- A certified copy of the company articles;
- A certificate of non-bankruptcy dates less than three months;
- A copy of the registration in the Trade and Personal Property Credit Register;
- A valid certificate of debt clearance;
- A certified copy of the building authorization;
- A safety plan approved by the National Fire Brigade;
- A professional liability insurance policy issued by an approved insurance company etc.
