Occasional Employment: any work carried out to offset an unforeseen cyclical increase in the company’s activities, or to carry out urgent work to prevent imminent accidents, organize rescue measures or carry out repairs to equipment, installations or company buildings presenting a danger to workers.
Seasonal Employment: any work linked to the cyclical or climatic nature of the company’s activities;
Temporary Employment: any temporary work, the purpose of which is either to replace an absent worker or one whose contract has been suspended, or to complete a project within a given timeframe, requiring the use of additional manpower:
Temporary Employment Agency: any natural or legal person holding a license issued by the Minister responsible for employment issues, authorizing it to make temporarily available to companies a workforce which it hires and pays.
Temporary employment agencies make temporary, occasional and seasonal workers available to user companies, in accordance with the provisions of this decree.
