
The opening of a temporary employment agency is subject to prior approval issued by order of the Minister responsible for employment matters.
The file required to obtain the approval referred to in paragraph 1 comprises:
- an application stamped at the current rate, addressed to the Minister responsible for employment matters;
- a plan or a certificate of the company’s location, certified to the Town Hall or the
- tax department;
- a copy of the promoter’s National Identity Card and birth certificate;
- the promoter’s certificate of nationality and domicile;
- a bank guarantee of twenty-five million (25000000) CFA francs issued by an approved commercial bank;
- proof of civil liability insurance;
- a postal order addressed to the Intermediary Revenue Agent of the Ministry in charge of employment issues, the amount of which is set by joint order of the Minister in charge of finance and the Minister in charge of employment issues the amount of which is set by joint order of the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Employment; etc.
Temporary employment agencies whose promoters are foreign nationals must reserve at least fifty-one percent (51%) of their shares for nationals.
The approval provided for in article 4 above is valid for three (03) years, renewable under the same conditions and procedures as those which led to the first issue of the approval.
