Establishments and security companies must, before carrying out their activities:
– Obtain approval granted by decree of the President of the Republic, after receiving the assent of a commission whose composition and operation are determined by presidential decree issued in application of the present law;
– Provide a bank guarantee from a credit institution approved by the competent authority;
– Provide proof of payment to the Treasury.
