Foreign trade operations are carried out via a single electronic platform known as the e-Single window for foreign trade operations.
The electronic platform referred to above is an information exchange system which receives and transmits data in accordance with the procedures involved in foreign trade operations.
Operation of the Platform
The operator provides users with personal, secret codes to access the services to which they are entitled.
Access codes are permanently controlled by the secure infrastructure of the e-GUCE platform.
Before using the platform, operators and private operators and private-sector partners sign a contract or memorandum of understanding with the operator.
The said contract or memorandum of understanding will specify the rates and terms of payment of the contribution to the maintenance and improvement of the platform’s quality of service.

Along with the signed document, the signatory provides instructions for carrying out the necessary checks. These instructions contain at least the following information:

b) The website address of the service provider’s country of establishment or, failing this, the public data relating to the signatory’s certificate, including at least the revocation list and the certificate of the issuing electronic certification service provider.
