CONDITIONS TO BE FULFILLED:
- Have a technical opinion from the ministry responsible for the environment;
- Have technical advice from the ministry responsible for trade;
- Have qualified personnel in the field;
- Have adequate space;
- Have a land title, lease agreement or other title to property
Document to be consulted: Technical investigation.
Documents to be provided:
- Request stamped at the current rate;
- Project document including:
- Description with justification of the project;
- General descriptive and estimated plan of the infrastructure;
- Statement of the number of personnel required, indicating their qualifications; § forecast
operating account; - Five-year program of activities and equipment;
- Site and location plan; – copy of the permit for receipt of payment of the operating tax at the current rate.
SIGNATORY OF THE ACT: the Minister.
TIME LIMIT: thirty (30) days.
METHOD OF PROVISION: withdrawal.
