- Project document including:
- Description with justification of the project;
- General descriptive and estimated plan of the infrastructure;
- Status of the number of personnel required, indicating their qualifications;
- Forecast operating account;
- Five-year program of activities and equipment;
- Site and location plan;
- Survey receipt of payment of operating tax at the current rate
SIGNATORY OF THE ACT: the Minister.
TIME LIMIT: thirty (30) days.
METHOD OF PROVISION: withdrawal.
