COMPOSITION OF THE FILE:Document to be consulted: file for the creation of establishments manufacturing inputs for
animal and fish feed.
Documents to be provided:

• Application stamped at the current rate; photocopy of the creation decision;
• Certificate of conformity;
• Staff medical certificates;
• Technical sheet of inputs for animal and fish feed;
• Receipt for payment of operating tax at the current rate.

SIGNATORY OF THE ACT: the Minister.
TIME LIMIT: thirty (30) days.
METHOD OF PROVISION: withdrawal.
