The authorization to organize a holiday or leisure activity in Cameroon may be granted to persons who fulfil the following conditions:
a) As concerns private individuals:
- Be at least 21 years old;
- Enjoy civic rights;
- Not be under an incapacity to operate or faced with expiration.
b) As concerns corporate bodies:
- Have a legal status;
- Not be under a prohibition to operate.
Application
The application is established in 16 copies and shall comprise of the following documents:
- A stamped application;
- A certified true copy of the NIC or a valid residence permit for private individuals;
- A certified copy of by-laws for corporate bodies;
- A certificate of non-conviction of the applicant, issued within 3 months;
- A declaration of non-bankruptcy issued within 3 months;
- A valid debt-clearance certificate etc.
