An authorization to practice the profession of national, regional or local tour guide may be granted to private individuals who fulfil the following conditions:
- Be of Cameroonian nationality;
- Be at least twenty-one years old;
- Enjoy full right as a citizen;
- Should not be unable to practice or banned from practicing the profession;
- Should be of good moral conduct;
- Show prove of professional experience and/or qualification etc.
Application
The application for authorization to practice the profession of tour guide is established in 16 copies and shall comprise the following documents:
- A stamped application;
- A certified true copy of the NIC;
- A certificate of non-conviction of not more than three months;
- A medical certificate;
- A certified true copy of the qualifying certificate etc.
