An aeronautical register is opened, listed and initialled by the Administration in charge of civil aviation, in which the data are recorded, in accordance with the procedures laid down by the regulation.
Personnel and equipment subject to authorization or approval.
The organizations, personnel and equipment subject to registration in the register include; air transport operators:
- Maintenance organizations;
- Airport managers;
- Air navigation service providers;
- Security companies;
- Training centers;
- Aeroclubs;
- Aeronautical technical personnel;
- Air navigation facilities;
- Civil aircraft and components.
Any interested party may consult the register provided for above and obtain a copy of it, under the conditions laid down by regulations.
N/B: Commercial air transport by state aircraft is prohibited.
However, state aircraft assigned to a public service or for commercial use are subject only to the application of the rules governing liability of the owner or operator.
