ELIGIBILITY OF PERSONS
- For private individuals:
- Be at least twenty-one (21) years old;
- Not be disqualified from practicing;
- Enjoy their civil rights.
b. For corporate bodies:
- Have a legal status;
- Not be disqualified from practicing.
Application
An application for a permit for the construction of a tourism establishment or a leisure infrastructure is established in 16 copies. The complete file is as follows:
- A stamped application form provided by the Ministry;
- A certified copy of the NIC or valid residence permit for private individuals;
- A certified copy of the company articles;
- A certificate of non-bankruptcy dates less than three months;
- A copy of the registration in the Trade and Personal Property Credit Register;
- A valid certificate of debt clearance;
- A certificate of ownership or a duly registered lease agreement;
- A valid town planning certificate;
- A valid building permit;
- A detailed description and estimate of the work signed by an architect registered with the National Order of Architects of Cameroon etc.
