TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCE UNIT OF A DAYCARE CENTRE IN CAMEROON

TECHNICAL UNIT MANAGER

In particular, the Technical Unit Manager is responsible for:

• Implementing the early childhood supervision plan or pedagogical project; 
  
  
• Application of the institution’s internal regulations;
  
  
• Designing registration and information forms;
  
  
• Welcoming parents and children;
  
  
• Drawing up staff schedules;
  
  
• Organizing activities to awaken, educate and entertain children;

ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCE UNIT

The Head of the Administrative and Financial Affairs Unit is responsible for administrative and financial management of personnel. The office is equally responsible for the following: 

• Preparation, execution and monitoring of budgetary operations;
  
• Procurement equipment and supplies;
   
• Maintenance of equipment and buildings.
