The real estate developer must have a specially designed and decent framework for the exercise of his profession.
This planned framework is subject to control by the agents of the Ministry responsible for housing with territorial competence at the start of the exercise of the profession and annually.
The real estate developer must include, on all documents for professional use, the number and references of his approval, the address of the head office, the name, the legal form under which the activity is exercised and possibly the membership number of a declared professional organization.
The holder of the approval is required to display in a visible place, in all places where customers are received, a form indicating the approval number, the name, legal form and address of the head office if it is a legal entity, the name and address if it is a natural person.
The real estate developer must have the skills to resolve all technical, administrative and legal problems. In particular, he must use the services of an Architect and an Engineer in the field of public works and construction, a Lawyer with at least a degree in law and an Accountant with at least a Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
