Approval is obtained:
Either by express decision of the Minister of Housing and Urban Development after favorable opinion from the Consultative Commission for Real Estate Promotion;
Either by tacit acceptance, following a silence of sixty (60) days observed by the Administration, after receipt of the application for approval. In this case, the Administration still reserves the right to proceed with the regularization of the file concerned by registering the applicant in the register of approved real estate developers.
