The following persons may not engage in real estate agent activity:
- Persons or their spouse(s) intervening in a non-professional capacity in transactions relating to property over which they have divided or undivided real rights;
- Persons acting on behalf of their parents in the order of succession or on behalf of protected persons who are adults or minors according to the civil code;
- The legal representatives of the allocation companies, for the first transfers of social rights;
- Notaries, lawyers, bailiffs, surveyors, registered legal advisers, liquidators and judicial administrators acting within the framework of their professional rules;
- Subsidiary companies of national companies or businesses exclusively managing their buildings; agreements between two professional real estate traders;
- Property dealers.
