The application file for registration in the Real Estate Agents Directory and obtaining a professional card includes:
- A registration request stamped at 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) FCFA, addressed to the Minister of Housing and Urban Development;
- Certified copies of the required diplomas and professional qualifications;
- A certificate of financial guarantee following the model and in the amount of 15,000,000 (Fifteen million) FCFA, issued by a first-rate bank approved by the Ministry of Finance;
- A professional insurance policy;
- An office location plan and a location certificate drawn up by the territorially competent services of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development;
- An extract from the trade and personal property register dated less than three (03) months;
- A tax registration certificate;
- A certified copy of the non-royalty certificate;
- A certificate of non-bankruptcy, if applicable;
- A certified copy of the CNPS registration certificate, if applicable;
- a certified copy of the National Identity Card;
- A dated and signed CV of the applicant;
- Four (04) 4×4 photos;
- A certificate of nationality;
- A criminal record extract dated less than three (03) months;
- A copy of the company statutes for legal entities;
- A bank domiciliation certificate etc.
